Author Guidelines

Ved International Journal of Yoga & Allied Sciences (VIJYAS) accepts manuscripts through the official journal email and online submission system. Authors are encouraged to prepare their manuscripts according to the VIJYAS Paper Template to facilitate efficient review and publication.

Criteria for Manuscript

Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts meet the following requirements:

  • The manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism.

  • The work should not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal.

  • The content must be written in clear, concise, and academically appropriate language.

  • Research data and findings must be authentic, valid, and reliable.

  • Discussions, interpretations, and conclusions should be logically developed and supported by evidence.

  • The manuscript should make a meaningful contribution to Yoga and Allied Sciences.

Preparation of Manuscripts

As part of the submission process, authors must ensure that their manuscript complies with all journal requirements. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in delays during the review and publication process.

Manuscript Format

  • Manuscripts should be prepared in English or Hindi.

  • Files must be submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Authors should use the official VIJYAS Paper Template available on the journal website.

  • All tables, figures, and illustrations should be clearly labeled and properly cited.

Manuscript Structure

Title

Provide a concise, informative, and specific title that accurately reflects the content of the study.

Abstract

Include a brief summary of the research objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusions.

Keywords

Provide 4–8 relevant keywords that accurately describe the manuscript's content.

Introduction

Present the background, rationale, literature context, and objectives of the study.

Materials and Methods

Describe the research design, participants, instruments, procedures, and methods of analysis used in the study.

Results and Discussion

Present research findings clearly and discuss their significance in relation to existing literature and practical implications.

Conclusion

Summarize the major findings, contributions, recommendations, and implications of the study.

References

List all cited sources according to the prescribed referencing style adopted by the journal.

Review and Publication Process

  • All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening.

  • Suitable manuscripts are subjected to a Double-Blind Peer Review Process by at least two subject experts.

  • Authors will receive editorial decisions (acceptance, revision, or rejection) through email.

  • Revised manuscripts, when required, must be resubmitted within the specified time frame.

After Acceptance

Upon acceptance, authors may be required to submit:

  • Signed Copyright Agreement Form.

  • Author Declaration/Undertaking Form.

  • Proof of publication fee payment (if applicable).

Accepted manuscripts will be scheduled for publication in the upcoming issue of the journal after completion of all formalities.

The names, affiliations, contact details, and email addresses entered on the journal website or submitted during the publication process will be used exclusively for journal-related purposes. Such information will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third party without consent.
